Stage6 R/T Oversize CVT Kit for Minarelli Long / Yamaha Aerox Essential upgrade for racing and high-performance engines.

This oversized CVT system extends the complete shifting range with precision-engineered components designed for maximum acceleration consistency. The Stage6-R/T variator features newly optimized roller tracks calibrated for R/T engines using 19x15.5mm weights, delivering a smooth, homogeneous speed curve throughout acceleration.

CNC-machined flank angles, reinforced riser disk contact pressure, and sintered liners provide superior lubrication and durability. Forged aluminum construction sets this torque drive apart from conventional steel pulleys. The modular design includes interchangeable guides (38/41° standard, with 39/42° and 37/40° options available separately) — a  first-time offering that unlocks new tuning possibilities. 

CNC-machined halves ensure precision flank angles and optimized surface roughness for responsive shifting and downshifting. Benefits include reduced heat generation, significantly lower weight, and individual component replaceability. All CNC parts receive ceramic conversion deep coating to preserve surface properties and extend service life without sandblasting.
