The MK2 features 6 transfer ports for optimized filling, a redesigned one-piece head with cast scavenging canals, and a domed piston with 0.8mm ring for improved thermal stability.

Delivers 14-17 hp—2-3 hp more than the MK1—without additional mods when paired with compatible components.

For maximum performance, combine with a reinforced crankshaft, 19mm+ carburetor, and sport exhaust. Clean engine before installation; use new spark plug and small end bearing. Set squish clearance to 0.75–0.85mm and run in for ~300 km at 1:33 mixture.

Includes aluminium cylinder (47.6mm bore), 1-ring piston (12mm pin), one-piece head, and gasket set. Original exhausts incompatible. Not homologated in some markets.
