These Terms of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal (hereinafter – the Terms) are effective between:

Seller – Sole Proprietor "ALEKSS CIRCĀNS", registration No. 20050321434, legal address: Rūpnīcas iela 5B, Rēzekne, Latvia, LV-4604, and

Buyer – consumer (a natural person who has purchased goods for purposes not related to their business or professional activity), regarding goods (hereinafter – the Goods) purchased on the website managed by the Seller, mopedi.lv (hereinafter – the Website).

1. If a minor defect is found in the delivered goods, you can be assured that we will immediately find a solution to ensure your satisfaction. The Seller’s goal is to resolve any issue as quickly as possible, so you will not need to worry about unnecessary delays – usually, we are able to do this within a few days.

In cases where the goods do not meet the Buyer’s desires or the needs of their motor transport, the Buyer has the right to return them within 14 days. To make a return, the Buyer must inform the Seller in writing by sending a message to the email mopedi.latvia@gmail.com and specifying the order number.

1. Goods can only be returned if they are undamaged and unused. All costs associated with returning or exchanging the goods are borne by the Buyer. The Seller has the right to unilaterally deduct these costs from the payment amount made by the Buyer.

2. In accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 207, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchased Goods and return them within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase.

The Buyer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller within seven (7) days after submitting or sending the written withdrawal notice.

1. In accordance with Section 12, Paragraph 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the consumer, i.e., the Buyer, is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the Goods during the withdrawal period.

2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal or to apply a compensation fee in the following cases:

• if the Goods have been used and/or damaged;

• if the Goods are not in the original packaging or if the packaging is significantly damaged.
