The High Flow Big Valve intake kit (intake manifold + reed cage) ensures efficient fuel mixture delivery, significantly improving engine performance. This kit is designed for racing and high-end cylinders, particularly the MXS Racing, MXS Sport, or Stage6 MKII 70cc cylinders.

Scope of Delivery – MXS Big Valve Intake Kit :

• Intake rubber: Ø32mm / connection 35mm (for PWK carburetor)
• Aluminum reed cage: Neochrome
• Stage6 Viton reed valve
• Allen screws (8x)
• Aluminum spacer 1.5mm for reed valve sealing
• 1x gasket (paper)
• Clamp
• Assembly instructions

! Important : Only one gasket is supplied. Depending on the intake manifold, additional sealing compound or paper gaskets may be required.

Carburetor Compatibilit:

• 35mm / 36mm connections
• Keihin PWK: 19–30mm (35mm connection)
• Dellorto VHST: 24–28mm (36mm connection)
• Dellorto VHSH: 30mm (36mm connection)
• Dellorto PHBH: 26–30mm (35mm connection)

Note : Connection width is measured on the carburetor. Rubber mounts may appear slightly smaller but expand during installation.
