Variator Stage6 Sport PRO for Peugeot Scooters

The Stage6 CVT Sport Pro for Peugeot horizontal and vertical engines is a high-quality variator designed to deliver improved shifting performance and more efficient power transmission.

Engineered for 50cc and 70cc sport / lightly tuned setups, this variator ensures smoother gear shifting, stronger acceleration, and noticeably better throttle response. It is optimized for use with the Stage6 Pro Replica exhaust and Stage6 Sport Pro / Streetrace cylinders, but performs equally well with comparable 50–70cc engines.

Performance-Driven Design

The roller tracks and variator backing plate are hard-coated for maximum wear resistance, while the running surface intentionally remains uncoated. This increases friction for better performance—Stage6 favors power over durability here—but prevents the flaking issues seen with chrome-plated surfaces, reducing the risk of premature belt wear or failure.

• Stage6 CVT Sport Pro variator with sleeve
• Hard-coated ramp plate
• 2 shims
• Medium torque spring
• 16×13 mm roller weight set (10 g)

Important Notes :  This performance variator is optimized for vertical Peugeot engines.

For newer horizontal Peugeot engines, you will need to adjust roller weight setup for ideal results.
