Exhaust Gasket – Minarelli Horizontal / Replica

High-quality exhaust gasket suitable for OEM, OEM-quality, and tuning exhaust systems. Designed for 50cc scooters with Minarelli horizontal engines as well as Minarelli Replica engines (commonly found on China-based scooters such as CPI models).

If you are unsure about compatibility, please measure the inner diameter and hole spacing of your exhaust flange before ordering.

When should you replace the exhaust gasket?

The exhaust system must be perfectly sealed to ensure optimal engine performance. A leaking gasket can cause : 

• Noticeable power loss
• Excessive exhaust noise
• Soot traces around the flange
• Exhaust gases escaping from the side of the manifold

At the latest when visible leaks occur, the gasket should be replaced. A new gasket is also required whenever installing a new exhaust system if no gasket is supplied.
