A high-performance, hand-welded racing exhaust designed for 70cc Sport and Racing cylinders.

The Stage6 R1200 is manufactured like true competition exhausts:

• Hand-welded with 9 cones
• Lightweight real carbon silencer
• Designed for maximum performance and an authentic race look
• This level of craftsmanship is normally found only on far more expensive expansion chambers.

The R1200 is a perfect match for high-end 70cc racing cylinders such as:

• Stage6 Racing / MKII
• Malossi MHR Racing
• Polini Evolution

What it delivers:

• Extremely strong power and torque
• Powerband sits lower than the R1400 → ideal for track racing rather than drag racing
• Approx. +2 hp compared to the Stage6 Pro
• Powerband shifted +1,500 rpm → significantly higher top speed

Finish & Maintenance

The R1200 comes unpainted, giving it a raw racing look.  You must apply oil or heat-resistant protective paint to prevent corrosion.

Important Notes

• Not compatible with jack-up / lift kits
• No road approval (racing use only)
