Polini 360° Intake Manifold 58° – PWK / VHST – Yamaha Aerox
High-performance 2-piece intake manifold consisting of a CNC-machined aluminum base plate and a flexible Viton intake rubber. This innovative design combines precision, durability, and maximum versatility. Thanks to the 360° rotatable construction, the manifold allows flexible positioning and different carburetor inclinations, making it ideal for custom and racing setups.
This version features a 58° tilt angle. If you require a 70° inclination, the corresponding alternative version must be selected separately.
The intake manifold is suitable for scooters with horizontal Minarelli engines and Minarelli replica (China 2-stroke) engines, including models such as Yamaha Aerox, Yamaha Jog, Yamaha Neos, Malaguti F12, Malaguti F15 as well as CPI, Keeway and Generic models.
The intake rubber is simply inserted into the aluminum base plate, ensuring a secure and reliable connection without the need for an additional gasket. The adjustable design allows the installation of larger carburetors even in tight engine bays and enables precise alignment of the carburetor angle. Made from high-quality Viton rubber, the adapter is highly resistant to cracking and withstands the vibrations of high-performance racing engines. The design also provides effective vibration damping, contributing to improved overall engine performance.
Technical details: 2-piece intake manifold, aluminum base plate, Viton intake rubber, 360° adjustable, supplied with mounting screws and instructions. Carburetor connection (A): 35 mm, inner diameter (B): 30 mm, inclination (C): 58°, length (D): 76 mm.
Suitable for carburetors with 35 mm / 36 mm connection, including Keihin PWK 19–30 mm (35 mm connection), Dell’Orto VHST 24–28 mm (36 mm connection), Dell’Orto VHSH 30 mm (36 mm connection) and Dell’Orto PHBH 26–30 mm (35 mm connection). Please note that the connection diameter is measured on the carburetor side; rubber connectors are often slightly smaller, as they expand during installation to ensure a tight fit.
