High-performance 70cc Sport Cylinder Kit from MXS Racing, the tuning division of Maxiscoot.

Made from high-quality aluminum with a Nikasil-coated sleeve, this kit features 7 transfer ports and an oval exhaust port for excellent gas flow and efficiency.
The kit includes a 1-ring piston (10mm pin) and a high-compression cylinder head developed specifically for this setup.

Performance

Compared to the MXS Racing cylinder, the MXS Sport version offers lower port timings, resulting in stronger torque and traction in the mid-RPM range — ideal for street and sport setups.

For best results, we recommend:

• Carburetor: 17.5–21mm
• Exhaust: Yasuni R-Pro, Yasuni C16, Stage6 MK2 Pro Replica
  

With the right setup, the cylinder can produce up to 16 hp.
Ensure correct squish clearance for optimal performance and reliability.
