Polini Hi-Speed Variator

The Polini Hi-Speed variator is designed to optimize power transmission and get the most out of your engine’s RPM range. Supplied with 19x15.5mm – 6.3g CVT rollers and a reinforced contra spring, it offers an excellent price-performance ratio.

Compared to the previous Speed Control model, the roller tracks have been further refined and optimized. The result is noticeably stronger acceleration and increased top speed — provided the correct roller weights are used. For best performance, we recommend testing different weights to fine-tune shifting characteristics and overall response.

The Hi-Speed variator is compatible with a standard-size drive belt, although using a reinforced belt is strongly recommended for improved durability and reliability.

This tuning CVT is especially suitable for 50cc sport and racing setups, delivering sharper throttle response and improved transmission efficiency.
