Overview

The Stage6 Streetrace 70cc cast iron cylinder offers strong, reliable performance at an affordable price. Based on the popular Sport Pro aluminium cylinder, this version provides excellent torque and a noticeable increase in top speed, making it ideal for daily use while maintaining great riding fun.

Design and Construction

The Streetrace features a 5-transfer port layout plus a single exhaust port, similar to the Sport Pro 70cc design, but fine-tuned to meet the thermal demands of a cast iron cylinder. It includes a high-quality 2-ring piston and an HC cylinder head. Maintenance and adjustments are simple, and all necessary spare parts are available in our shop.

Performance

With an engine speed of approximately 10,000 rpm and an output of 8–11 hp (about 1–3 hp more than comparable cylinders), this kit delivers powerful take-offs and strong acceleration. To achieve its full potential, it should be paired with matching performance components — recommended combinations are listed below.

Discreet Design

The cylinder has an understated look, closely resembling a stock part. Stage6 has intentionally omitted their logo, instead marking the cylinder with “49ccm” for a clean, OEM-like appearance.
