Stage6 R/T MK2 Racing Water Pump – Piaggio LC

High-end mechanical racing water pump for liquid-cooled Piaggio 50–100cc engines. The MK2 version of the Stage6 R/T water pump represents one of the most advanced mechanical cooling systems currently available for Piaggio LC setups.

For the MK2 update, the Stage6 R/T development team redesigned the impeller. The new CNC-machined impeller delivers increased water flow, resulting in significantly improved cooling performance. Better cooling ensures stable temperatures even at very high RPM and under extreme racing conditions.

The CNC-machined ultra-light aluminum gear wheel reduces rotating mass and minimizes drag on the crankshaft, freeing up usable engine power. Unlike the OEM design, the gear is mounted directly onto the drive shaft (mounting screw included) instead of the oil pump base plate, which makes belt changes much easier.

The drive shaft itself is made of stainless steel rather than standard material, increasing durability and extending maintenance intervals—an important advantage given the complexity of replacing a water pump on Piaggio engines.

The kit also includes premium components such as a high-quality oil seal from Corteco and low-friction ball bearings from SKF for maximum reliability and smooth operation.
